Who is OneSource Flooring?
OneSource Flooring & Interiors, established in 2007, is a locally owned, award-winning Arizona business. Over the past few years, we’ve invested heavily in two key areas -- our technology and our company culture -- with the goal of becoming the go-to Preferred Vendor for Multifamily Property Management companies and investors in the Phoenix-Metro area.

To meet that goal we've revamped our interior structure, implemented a new training program, refined our company culture, and streamlined day-to-day processes to address common industry pain points around scheduling, communication, material management, and invoicing while keeping the small business principles that we built our reputation around.

We have three easy ways for our customers to order 24/7. Reach us by phone, email, or via our mobile-friendly online ordering form. No matter how you order, you’ll receive an email confirmation summarizing the details of your install once it’s been scheduled.

Got an Emergency? OneSource offers Next Day Installation support for our clients - something no one else in the valley currently supports.

Our 17,000 sqft warehouse in the heart of DTPHX is well-equipped to house, organize and stock your material -- from carpet to adhesive and finishing trims -- allowing you to focus on your next move in while we manage the supply chain. We can also assist with targeted value-engineering to hit budgetary goals and maximize ROI. In addition, our long-term, established buying relationships make sourcing material simple.
4 | Invoicing
Timely and accurate billing is essential to both your success and ours.
We follow a 48hr invoicing guideline supported by an electronic field approval process so invoices can be updated in real-time and issued quickly. Our team can create, manage and host an online customer hub with relevant cut sheets and estimates for your team’s reference - cutting down on emails and maximizing efficiency.
